Complaint in Consumer Court

In 1986 the COPRA (Consumer Protection Act), was approved by the government of India & moved into force in the last of 1986. The purpose of making this law is to protect the consumers from fraud & try to solve their problems.

File Complaints with the Registry of the National Commission within a period of 2 years from when the matter was started.

After the application is presented, then the court will send a copy of the complaint to the other party & wait for their response against the complaint for under thirty days.
